Breathe Empowerment Healing  
Learning breathing techniques and control through Breath Empowerment will allow you to release toxins and blocked energy within your body and open your airways to help you feel rejuvenated!   The class will begin with a short demonstration of three part breathing.

Then you will be guided into a relaxed state. Once you are relaxed, you will be guided in a rhythm of deep breathing. Practicing “Pranayama”, or breathing control, creates an energy that can be felt, like a humming engine, in your core. The class will close with a meditation and will bring you into a deep state of peace and bliss.  

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket. All ages are welcome.
